How it works
- Business period: March 18–November 19, 2023 - Opening Hours: 10:00–17:00 (last entry 16:30) - Closed on: Thursdays and June 12–14 (open daily during summer holiday season July 27–Aug 31) **From purchase to entry, it's a simple 2-step process!** 1: After booking on Rakuten Travel Experiences, an e-ticket will be sent to your registered e-mail address. 2: On arrival at the facility, visit the entrance counter and click the "Voucher" link in the e-mail sent to you at the time of purchase. Then, click the "Use" button and show the screen to the staff (please ensure that your phone can connect to the internet before your visit).
