- Bare feet are not permitted in the tatami room: please be sure to wear socks

Description
This special plan allows you to experience both tea ceremony and kaiseki cuisine.
Your visit begins with an introduction by the proprietress to the restaurant's interior design featuring traditional crafts of Ibaraki Prefecture. you will learn how to use chopsticks and bowls while enjoying an elegant “kaiseki” set course meal that emphasizes the unique gifts of Ibaraki.
After the meal, you will move to "Seishin-an," a tea room inside the restaurant, to experience tea ceremony while enjoying sweet and powdered green tea. The proprietor, who is himself a tea ceremony master, will make the tea himself and entertain you as you conclude your meal with this most classical Japanese experience.
