Use your SEIBU 1 Day + Nagatoro pass to design your own trip. Visit locations in Tokyo and Saitama including historic Kawagoe and enjoy special access locations within the beautiful Chichibu. Plan your own self-guided tour through cities like Kawagoe and Chichibu from Tokyo. Depending on the season you can locate the best sakura viewing spots such as Hitsujiyama Park and its pink moss phlox, festivals including the Chichibu Yomatsuri, which is listed as a UNESCO Intangible Culture Heritage.
How it works
- Bring your passport OR foreign resident card to claim your pass. - Present your voucher to the staff when you exchange the ticket. Pick up location: Please pick up your pass at the SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro. Business hours: 8:00 - 15:00, all year - Where to find : Ikebukuro Station 1F The Information center can be found near by the East Exit of Ikebukuro Station. It is located near the 1F entrance gates to the Seibu Line. (The East Exit is the same side of the station which has the Seibu department store.)
