About Participation
- Participants must be at least 9 years old (3rd-grade elementary school students).
- Minimum number of participants: 1
- There are no restrictions on participation due to health conditions, but if you have any concerns please write a comment when booking. The tour operator will respond.
Cancellation of the tour due to weather conditions, etc.
- The tour may be cancelled due to weather conditions or other reasons. We will not be able to compensate for travel expenses even if the tour is canceled after you arrive at the destination. Please understand this in advance.
- Kayak tours will be held even if it rains. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, the morning tour will be cancelled by 20:00 the day before the tour, and the afternoon tour will be cancelled by 08:00 on the day of the tour.

Description
Crusoe Rafting's kayak tour is a fun kayak experience tour for beginners. From the rafting base, Crusoe Rafting will take you to the beautiful emerald-colored Lake Shiromaru. The lake has no current, so you can enjoy kayaking safely and leisurely. The guides are all experienced kayakers, from Japan's national kayaking freestyle team representative to a national tournament participant, so you don't have to worry even if this is your first kayaking experience. From the basics of paddling to how to move the kayak as you wish, we promise a tour that satisfies all participants with detailed guidance tailored to each person's skill level.
Photos taken by Crusoe Rafting are uploaded to a password-protected web album immediately after the tour, and can be viewed and downloaded freely.
Insurance Crusoe Rafting tours include insurance:
- Personal Accident Insurance: Death, permanent disability: 8,000,000 JPY / hospitalization: 5,000 JPY per day / hospital visit: 3,000 JPY
- Indemnity Insurance: Crusoe Rafting has liability insurance in addition to the above accident insurance, so you can rest assured that you will be covered in case of an emergency.
About Fees Tour prices differ according to the season, and whether you book for a weekday or a weekend/national holiday. Please choose your date, and the price option for that day will be highlighted.
The "Junior" price applies to high-school or college students with a student ID. For others, please book the "Adult" option for those of high-school age and older.
About the BBQ set BBQ set plan is available to enjoy BBQ after rafting. After the tour, we will drive you to the BBQ place. If necessary, we can make a 10-minute stop at a nearby supermarket to purchase ingredients, etc. Please apply for this option if you wish. BBQ set: 3,600 yen/person Contents: Meat and vegetable BBQ ingredients (270g meat and 5-6 vegetables)
- You are free to bring your own food and alcohol.
- You can also buy them at a nearby supermarket and bring them in.
