Business Hours (March 26 - November 25): • Hiruzen Kogen Center (shopping and restaurants): 09:00-17:30 • Joyful Park (amusement park): 10:00-17:00 (Sun., holidays 10:00-17:30) Winter Business Hours (Nov 26–Mar 25): • Hiruzen Kogen Center(shopping, restaurants) 09:00-16:30 • Joyful Park(amusement park) 10:00 - 16:00 *During the winter season (11/26 - 3/25), admission fee may be waived or the park may be closed on certain days depending on the weather. Please note that there may be changes in the attractions available even on the days the park is open. Please understand this in advance. **▶From purchase to entry, it's a simple 2-step process!** Step 1: After purchase your ticket on Rakuten Travel Experiences, an E-ticket will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Step 2: When you arrive at the facility, please visit the entrance counter and click on the link in the E-ticket e-mail sent to you at the time of purchase.
