You'll easily find them, as they will hold up a signboard with your name (or the lead guest's, if you'll be traveling as a group). Within two hours of your flight's landing, you'll be transported to your preferred drop-off point in a comfortable vehicle — just sit back and relax. If you're transferring from central Tokyo to Narita or Haneda Airport, your driver will pick you up at your preferred meeting point. You'll then be dropped off at the airport with more than enough time for all the necessary pre-departure measures. How it works
For transfer from the airport to central Tokyo: 1: Once your booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Generally, the details are non-changeable; especially for changes to the date and time, you will have to cancel your current booking and make a new one 2: On your arrival date, your driver, who will be holding a signboard with your (or your group's lead guest's) name on it, will wait for you at the arrival hall after customs clearance for up to 90 minutes after your flight’s actual arrival time. If you do not show up within this time, you will be considered a no-show; no refunds will be issued 3: After meeting your driver, you may go to the restroom, change money, buy a SIM card at a vending machine, buy or pick up devices (e.g. Wi-Fi, mobile phones, or exchange JR passes. However, please be sure to meet your driver before doing these, and please make sure to inform us in advance 4: You will leave the airport within 2 hours of your flight’s arrival For transfer from central Tokyo to the airport: 1: Once your booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Generally, the details are non-changeable; especially for changes to the date and time, you will have to cancel your current booking and make a new one 2: Please confirm your pick-up time on the service voucher that will be issued after your reservation is confirmed. Generally, you will be picked up 3–3.5 hours before your flight 3: On your departure date, please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before your pick-up time. If you do not show up by your pick-up time, you will be treated as a no-show; no refunds will be issued
