How it works
**Ticket Redemption**
- Your e-voucher is sent by email after confirmation (no more than 30 days in advance)
- The voucher is valid for entry only at the date and time selected when booking
- When you visit, enter through the Main Entrance via the 4F Sky Arena
- Exchange your QR Code* voucher for a physical ticket at the 4F Entrance Floor Ticket Counter (10:00–20:00)

**Good to know**
- Tokyo Skytree is open 10:00–21:00 (last entry: 20:00), 365 days a year
- Opening times may change during holidays such as the New Year period
