・Reservations will be accepted from 10:00 - 17:00. Reservations received after 17:00 will be processed on the next business day. ・Please note that there is no elevator in the building and you will have to take the stairs to get to each venue. ・Please note that the program will not be held on the same day as the delay. ・In case of a delay, the event may be treated as a cancellation on the day of the event. ・Doors are scheduled to open 5 minutes before the start of the experience, but this is subject to change depending on conditions on the day. ・We will charge a cancellation fee regardless of the reason. Please check our cancellation policy for details. (Applicable during the reception hours. After 17:00, the cancellation will be charged the following day.) ・Food and beverages are not allowed. ・Please refrain from bringing in oversized luggage. ・We are not responsible for any trouble between guests. ・Please contact us if you wish to charter a room. There are separate charter regulations. ・In principle, people who do not want to experience the tour are not allowed to enter. ・Children on the lap of a parent or guardian are free of charge. (Only for children under 2 years old). ・You can experience a combination of various courses. (Excluding some courses.) ・In the event that the tour is canceled, the tour will be cancelled. ・If the tour is cancelled, we will not compensate for travel expenses to the site. ・If you lose the bean jam during the experience, you can purchase a new one for 100 yen. (This applies to experiences using red bean paste.) ・If you wish to change the date of your reservation after the cancellation fee has been incurred, you will be charged a handling fee as stipulated. Helper fee ・If a preschooler or other child needs assistance, up to one person per person can participate at half the price of the experience fee. ・The materials and tools for the hands-on experience will be shared by one person. ・If you do not inform us in advance, we may not be able to prepare a seat for you. ・Our staff will not assist you in any way.
