• Clothing/Belongings: Wear a dry suit over clothes that you can get wet. Please bring easy-to-move clothes such as jerseys and light shirts. Avoid jeans as they become heavy when wet. On hot days, T-shirts and shorts are fine. Fleece material is recommended on cold days. No socks needed. It may be wet after the experience, so please bring a set of clothes including underwear.
