Important Information
1: Before booking, please make sure that the following apply to you: you are a holder of a passport issued by a foreign government, and are entering Japan on a Temporary Visitor visa. Japanese nationals and foreign residents of Japan are not eligible for this ticket. 2: After booking, your QR Code e-ticket will be sent to your email address, valid only for the date selected 3: Before use, access the WEST-QR usage website (listed on the voucher) and to register the ticket and make your seat reservation. On the day you wish to use the ticket, press the "Use ticket" button on the WEST-QR usage website to display the QR code for boarding the train. Using Tickets
1: Your ticket is valid for reserved or non-reserved seating on the Haruka (Kansai Airport Limited Express)'s ordinary cars. 2: Your ticket allows reserved seating on the Haruka, which you can perform online. If you do not redeem it, or if reserved seats are fully booked, free seating will automatically apply. 3: Simply scan your QR Code after activation at an automated ticket gate to pass through. 4: Please note that the Haruka does not go directly to Nara or Kobe. You will have to transfer at Tennoji Station or Osaka Station if your ticket if for these destinations. 5: Please note that this is not a ride-all-you-can ticket: the automated ticket gate will collect your ticket once you alight at your preferred station.

• Your ticket is one-way, for one-time use only (not for unlimited rides) • We will not process refunds for QR Code e-tickets • Your ticket cannot be used to board any other limited express trains besides the Haruka • Please note that additional charges apply for Green Car (first-class) seating on the Haruka; additionally, for rapid or special rapid trains, separate fees apply when using a car or train where numbered boarding tickets or liner tickets are required • Additional fees will apply if you use train lines that are not covered by this pass, or if you board or get off at stations that are not part of the coverage area • Even if you end up completely using a local train line instead of using the Haruka, no refunds will be issued for the Limited Express seat fare

Description
The Haruka, also known as the Kansai Airport Limited Express is a convenient and comfortable limited express train that directly links Kansai International Airport (KIX) with major stations in west Japan's Kansai region: Nara, Kobe, Tennoji, Shin-Osaka and Kyoto. From Kansai-Airport Station, it takes approximately 35 minutes to Tennoji, 50 minutes to Shin-Osaka, and 1 hour and 20 minutes to Kyoto. Currently, the Haruka runs 60 rides (30 round-trips) a day.
Not only is this handy, special one-way pass for foreign visitors to Japan cheaper than booking the Haruka at regular price, but also, it is a bundle that gives the ticket holder access to the Haruka, plus transportation to the final destination via local, rapid, or special rapid train if needed! (Since the Haruka does not stop directly at Kobe or Nara, a transfer at Shin-Osaka is required for those destinations)
