• . Valid Areas: All nine Osaka Metro lines, including Yumeshima Station. *Not valid on the Imazato Liner.
• . This pass is not valid for use on Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko, Kintetsu, or other companies’ lines.
• . If you travel beyond the valid area, you must report it at your destination station and pay the additional fare by cash.
• . When using the train, simply scan the QR code at the QR code-compatible ticket gate to enter and exit the station.
• . When using the facilities, please present the QR code on your ticket to the facility staff. If you are unable to show the QR code due to reasons such as a disability or an unusable ticket, you will not be able to receive the discount.
• . Please note that you may not be able to use the discount benefits if the facility is closed or if the QR code display screen cannot be shown. We do not offer refunds for tickets once they have been used, even if you are unable to receive the facility discount.
• . In the event of a service disruption, alternative transportation may be provided only for tickets that have been used and are still within their validity period. *Tickets that have expired, even if used on the same day, are not eligible for alternative transportation.
• . As long as you enter the station within the validity period, you can exit the station once, even if the ticket expires during your ride.
• . The ticket is valid for use by one person only.
• . If your ticket cannot be displayed due to a malfunction of your device, a dead battery, or unstable communication service, you will not be able to use the service. In such cases, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that fares paid during the period when your ticket cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
• . The use of tickets is subject to the terms and conditions, passenger regulations, and other policies of the respective transportation providers.
• . Important Notes for Purchasing Multiple Tickets: If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Please ensure that all tickets are used for the same trip.

When using the voucher, open the usage screen from the link sent to you at the time of purchase, press the “Use” button, and show the screen to a staff member. *Please ensure you have a stable network connection, as you will need to access the web page on your smartphone. *Screenshots and printed copies cannot be accepted. *If you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, they cannot be used separately, and all tickets will be activated simultaneously. To use the tickets individually, please purchase them separately. *For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a one-time password (OTP). If prompted, please follow the steps below: 1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button. 2. Check that the OTP has been received by the email address set up in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp.” Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you can’t find it there, your email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again by entering your email address.) 3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)
