[Ticket and venue notes]

• Tickets with seat numbers will be available at the ticket booth 45 minutes before the start of each performance. Please note that seat numbers cannot be specified.
• We cannot accept bouquets or letters for performers.
• Up to one child under the age of two may watch the performance on the lap of a guardian (adult) for free. However, if a seat is required, a fee will apply.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged, changed or cancelled once purchased.
• If an admission ticket is lost, it will be invalid.
• Each admission ticket is valid only once per person. Tickets with a specified date and time are only valid for that date and time.
• We cannot accept returns, exchanges, resales or complaints after purchase.
• Admission tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (lost, burned, stolen, damaged, etc.). ・If you do not have your admission ticket due to loss or theft, you will not be able to enter the venue or take a seat, even if you can prove that you purchased it. ・In the event of a performance being canceled due to force majeure, refunds will be made within the specified period and at the specified location. However, no refunds will be made if the admission ticket is damaged, lost, severely soiled, or difficult to read, or if the ticket stub is missing. ・Except in the case of a performance being canceled, tickets cannot be exchanged for other dates/times, other types of tickets, or money. ・Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses or transportation costs even in the event of a performance being canceled or postponed. ・If you detach the ticket stub before entering, it will become invalid and you will not be able to enter the venue. ・Please note that the content of the day may be changed to a reasonable extent due to circumstances. ・Food, drink, alcohol, dangerous items, and pets are not allowed to be brought into the venue. ・If you are coming by car, please check in advance whether there is a parking lot. ・Please follow the instructions of the organizers and staff inside the venue. If you do not follow the instructions and precautions, you may be asked to leave the venue. Also, during the performance, we may restrict the number of people allowed to enter your seat. ・The organizers are not responsible for any accidents that occur within the venue due to failure to follow the instructions of the organizers and staff.
