Important Information

・Using tickets: your e-ticket voucher requires an internet connection to use, and should only be redeemed by staff. ・ click here for how to use. ・Tickets for elementary school students and older are required. Admission is free for up to 2 preschool children only when accompanied by a parent or guardian. ・Children under elementary school age are not allowed to enter the venue alone.　Please note that children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ・Students of college and university will be charged at Adult admission price. ・Junior high school and high school students who have purchased tickets must bring their student ID card with them on the day of the event. ・For safety reasons, one parent or guardian must accompany every two children of elementary school age or younger (e.g., three parents or guardians are required for five children of elementary school age or younger, and four parents or guardians are required for seven children of elementary school age or younger). ・One discount ticket for persons with disabilities can be purchased for each person with a disability certificate. ・One accompanying person may purchase a ticket at the discount price for the disabled. (However, the maximum number of tickets can be purchased for two persons, including the accompanying person, only when purchased at the same time.) ・Please bring your disability certificate to the reception on the day of visit. Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. ・Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is prohibited. ・Please be aware that you may be required to wait for admission to the venue after the ticketed admission start time. ・Please be aware that you may not be allowed to enter the venue if you arrive after business hours. ・You could enjoy the show for 60 minutes from the time you enter. There is no time limit. ・Re-entry after admission is not allowed. No refunds will be made after admission. ・If you forget or lose your ticket, you will be required to purchase a new ticket. ・No tripods, selfie sticks, umbrellas, etc. are allowed in the venue. ・Luggage such as carry-on bags are not allowed to be brought into the venue, but will be checked at the entrance for 500 yen per piece. ・Same-day tickets are available at the venue.
