Regarding Children's Participation
- We recommend the workshop for children aged 6 and above, but younger children are also welcome to join.
- For children aged 6 and above, the cost is the same as adult participants.
- For children under 6 who do not require their own sushi-making set and will participate together with a parent, there will be no additional charge.
About Sake-Tasting Option
- Participants must be aged 20+
- Please bring a valid ID for proof of age (alcohol will not be served to ages 0–19)

Our chef selects the finest fish, ensuring the highest quality and freshness at every workshop.
The rice, or “shari,” is a crucial element of sushi. From the cooking time and moisture content to the perfect blend of vinegar, we attend to every detail.
You will make 3 types of sushi:
- Nigiri (the standard sushi with fish on top of rice)
- Maki (traditional Sushi rolls)
- Gunkan (battleship sushi which are sushi wrapped with seaweed with toppings)
