Activitty cancellation: ・In the event of wind speeds of 6 meters or more, typhoons, heavy rain, or thunderstorms, the tour will be canceled due to the risk of lightning strikes. ・Please note that if we determine that the field cannot be secured safely on the day due to poor conditions, we may cancel the tour even if it is sunny. ・If the tour is canceled, we will contact you.

Precautions: ・If you are going to be late, please contact us in advance. *If you do not contact us, the tour will be canceled without notice (charges apply). ・Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian. ・Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet. ・The tour can be held in the rain, but if we determine that the safety of the field cannot be ensured, the tour may be canceled. *Please note that drone photography is not possible in the rain or strong winds. ・If the tour cannot be held due to bad weather on the day, the date and time can be changed. *If the date and time are changed and the tour is canceled on the day due to customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged. The same applies if you do not contact us to change the date and time. ・The target age is SUP: 12-55 years old, canoe: 12-55 years old. ・The meeting and disbanding times may vary depending on the season and the field conditions on the day. The shop will contact you the day before or on the day of the tour to inform you of the meeting place and meeting time. ・Tours can be conducted in Japanese and English (daily English conversation level).
