Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions

• 1 vehicle will be prepared for each group. The type of vehicle may vary depending on the number of group members.
• The passenger capacity shown indicates the number of regular seating in the vehicle. While vehicles come equipped with jump seats, in order to ensure that all passengers can ride comfortably, regular seating is used on this plan.

• Please note that some car models for chartered vehicle plans may be affixed with the company name indicating lamp. Thank you for your understanding.
• Smoking is not allowed on board. Japanese law requires that all passengers' seatbelts be fastened.
• Bookings may be made until 12:00, 7 days prior to the tour departure date (if the day prior is a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the deadline will be advanced to the preceding business day). Please make a reservation on the system.

Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations

• Road tolls, parking fees, admission fees, meal charges, and other personal expenses at sightseeing locations are not included. If such expenses are accrued, they must be paid by the customer on the day of the plan.
• This round-trip plan visits areas accessible within 4 hours from Kyoto City and is accompanied by a National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter who will provide guidance at sightseeing locations.
• Please consult with the National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter on the day regarding locations to visit (within 4 hours, limited to Kyoto City).
• Please be aware that extensions over the scheduled 4 hours are not allowed for any reason.
• The driver will do as much as possible to avoid traffic jams and visit your preferred destinations during the allotted time, but please be aware in advance that roads and sightseeing locations may be very congested due to peak sightseeing seasons, events, and other uncontrollable factors.
• No refunds will be issued even if the taxi is not used for the full 4 hours.
• Smoking is not permitted in the taxi. Japanese law requires that all passengers' seatbelts be fastened.

Important Notes/Supplements: Meeting/Pick-up/Pick-up Location

• The price shown is the charter fee for a round-trip plan departing from Kyoto City.
• Please note that service may be unavailable if the pick-up or drop-off location is situated outside the city or in distant areas. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please be sure to designate your preferred pick-up location (a hotel or ryokan in Kyoto City), pick-up time, and drop-off location at the time of booking. Also, inform us of your phone number and e-mail address at which you can be reached in Japan, as well as your accommodation location for the night prior to the tour.
• Please note that pick-up service is not available at private residences, private lodgings (minpaku), townhouses, and other accommodations which do not have 24-hour front desk facilities.
• If your preferred pick-up/drop-off location is outside of the allowable area or is not clear, you may be contacted by the Conducting Company or your travel agent. Bookings cannot be made without this information.
• Please do not be late for the pick-up time. Usage time is calculated starting from the scheduled pick-up time.

Important Notes/Supplements: Guide/Tour Conductor

• If required, customers are to shoulder admission fees to sightseeing locations for the National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter on the day.

• The same rate applies for children and infants. Please include them in the number of participants when booking.
