If the tour is canceled, customers will be notified by the conducting company or their travel agent. The National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter will contact customers on the day before departure.
- There is a risk of altitude sickness as oxygen is thinner than on the lowlands. In addition, as the weather and temperature can change suddenly, consulting with your doctor in advance is recommended for those who have any health concerns while mountain climbing. Please be sure to take care of your physical condition before departure such as by getting enough sleep and avoiding hangovers.
- Since the creation of a participant name list is required for safety purposes, we ask that all participants please provide their names and emergency contact details on the first day of the tour.

- Generally, the tour will be carried out even in the case of rain, but in the case of bad weather at Mt. Fuji, the tour conductors and mountain guide will determine whether to halt the tour with first consideration to safety. Also, the above times, climbing time, route, and arrival times may vary greatly depending on weather and crowding conditions. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued even in case of cancellation partway through mountain climbing.
- Only the customers themselves know their own physical condition. For those who start to feel unwell while mountain climbing, please do not exert yourself and inform the National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter. Depending on your condition, please take a break, or stop mountain climbing. In addition, please follow any guidance or instructions from the National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter.
- Customers may stop mountain climbing due to poor physical condition and stay or take a rest at a mountain hut other than the one planned for accommodation on that day, but in this case, customers will shoulder any charges for accommodation and rest, and the tour booking charge will not be refunded. In addition, the trip down the mountain will not be accompanied by the National Government Licensed English Guide Interpreter, mountain guide, and Japanese-speaking tour conductor.
