Please note that we operate in small groups, so we cannot offer refunds even if you are unable to see whales. *Children must be accompanied by a guardian, and minors must have a parental consent form to participate alone. *The tour may be canceled the day before or on the day of the tour due to weather and sea conditions. In this case, we will contact you and no cancellation fee will be charged. In addition, for young children and elderly customers, depending on the sea conditions, we may ask you to refrain from participating for safety reasons. *If the captain or guide judges that it is dangerous to continue the tour due to sudden changes in weather or sea conditions after departure, we may return to port midway to prioritize safety. *Since you will be spending 3-4 hours on the boat, we recommend that you take motion sickness medication in advance.
