Please gather in front of the 1st floor entrance under the Sapporo Odori TV Tower by 8:10. If you would like to meet up directly at the venue, please park your car in the free parking lot of Chateraise Gateau Kingdom Hotel & Resort and meet at the designated counter on the left at the back of the front desk at 9:00.

• Clothing/Belongings: You can participate empty-handed, but please dress warmly. It is useful to bring a hand towel. Even though you are inside a tent, it will be very cold on some days as it is mid-winter, so please dress as warmly as possible. It is a good idea to bring winter clothing, a hat, gloves, a scarf, thick socks, and a hot pack. Shoes do not have to be long boots, but winter snow shoes are recommended.
• Rental goods: Although the number is limited, we also have free rental of cold weather clothes and boots, so if you would like to rent them, please specify them in your question. (*Sizes are limited, so please forgive slight size differences.)
