Description
Ichinomiya was once a very important place in the nation-building of Harima Province, and the oldest description of sake brewing in Japan remains in the Harima Fudoki. We will travel through hand-dug tunnels and idyllic backroads to the birthplace of fermentation. At Yamazaki Sake Brewery Street, where several sake breweries still remain, enjoy a healthy fermented lunch to soothe your tired body after cycling. Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
