Paid (2,000 yen): Ota and Minato Wards in Tokyo, Saiwai and Kawasaki Wards in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and Kohoku, Tsurumi, Aoba, and Tsuzuki Wards in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
