• . The ticket is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. (Last valid date for a 1-day ticket: November 30, 2025; last valid start date for a 2-day ticket: November 29, 2025)
• . Valid Areas: ・All Osaka Metro lines, including Yumeshima Station ・All Osaka City Bus lines (excluding specific routes defined by Osaka City Bus regulations)
• . Conditions of Use: ・Osaka Metro & Osaka City Bus Pass 1-Day: Valid for any single day within the ticket’s validity period. (Final use start deadline: November 30, 2025) ・Osaka Metro & Osaka City Bus Pass 2-Day: Valid for two consecutive days within the ticket’s validity period. (Final use start deadline: November 29, 2025) *Each ticket is valid for use by one person only.
• . When using the train, simply scan the QR code at the QR code-compatible ticket gate to enter and exit the station.
• . When riding the bus, scan the special QR code displayed inside the vehicle before disembark, and show the authentication screen to the driver when you disembark.
• . When using the facilities, please present the QR code on your ticket to the facility staff. If you are unable to show the QR code due to reasons such as a disability or an unusable ticket, you will not be able to receive the discount.
• . Please note that you may not be able to use the discount benefits if the facility is closed or if the QR code display screen cannot be shown. We do not offer refunds for tickets once they have been used, even if you are unable to receive the facility discount.
• . The ticket is valid for use by one person only.
• . This pass is not valid for use on Hankyu, Kitakyushu, Kintetsu, or other companies’ lines.
• . If you travel beyond the valid area, you must report it at your destination station and pay the additional fare.
• . If your ticket cannot be displayed due to a malfunction of your device, a dead battery, or unstable communication service, you will not be able to use the service. In such cases, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that fares paid during the period when your ticket cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
• . The use of tickets is subject to the terms and conditions, passenger regulations, and other policies of the respective transportation providers.
• . Important Notes for Purchasing Multiple Tickets: If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Please ensure that all tickets are used for the same trip.

To use the tickets individually, please purchase them separately. *For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a one-time password (OTP). If prompted, please follow the steps below: 1. Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send button. 2. Check that the OTP has been received by the email address set up in step 1. (The email containing the OTP will be sent from the domain “@linktivity.co.jp.” Please also check your spam folder just to be sure. If you can’t find it there, your email address may be incorrect. Open the URL for the usage screen from the voucher again and try again by entering your email address.) 3. Enter the OTP listed in the received email into the ticket screen and press the Confirm button. If you enter it correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is complete, the OTP will be sent to the email address you set. This email address cannot be changed, so please set an email address that can be confirmed locally on the day of use.)
