Description
A SUP yoga experience in the shallow, calm sea that is easily accessible from the city center. Even those who are new to Yogamo SUP can participate. Of course, this menu is very popular among experienced studio users and yoga instructors. After a brief explanation of the experience and a lecture on how to use SUP, we will head out to sea. Of course, you may end up diving into the sea! Of course it's okay if you fall. Our staff will also support you. Relax your shoulders and enjoy a full body workout. - 10 seconds to the sea - 15 minutes walk from JR "Zushi Station" or Keikyu "Zushi Hayama Station" - Even first-timers and those who are not confident in swimming can feel free to participate (original buoyancy bodies are also available) - Individuals are welcome and the number of participants is small, so you can feel safe and secure.If the weather is nice, you can see Enoshima and Mt.Fuji.The changing room is fully equipped with bath towels and has plenty of amenities.A free drink will be provided after the experience.
