• . Activitty cancellation: Rental is also possible in rainy days.
• . Precautions: ● Please fill up the tank when you return the car at the scheduled time. We will check the car for exterior scratches, fuel and if there are your belongings left inside. Extension fee, fee for lacking fuel, cleaning fee etc. will be calculated upon return. ● Prohibitions: Inside the car smoking (all cars are non-smoking) and cooking meals which may produce smells or smoke are strictly prohibited. About parking violations: Please refrain from parking on the roadsides even if it is only for a few minutes. Parking violations are the source of accidents and congestion. The driver is responsible for parking violations. Always stop at the parking lot. ● In case of accident or damage and if repair or cleaning is required, the following charges apply as a security deposit.​ ​​ ​ · If driving is possible to the return location: 100,000 yen (excluding tax) · If driving is impossible to the return location: 150,000 yen (excluding tax) ※ If driving possible but not returned to the store will be 150,000 yen.

Notices: ● If you find a sticker "Vehicle left unattended" on your car: · Please appear at the police station listed on the sticker. · Please pay the procedure fee and penalty. · Please return your car after your violations have been processed. When returning, we will check "Traffic Violation Notice" and "Payment Receipt" issued by the police. Please note that if you are unable to show the "Traffic Violation Notice" and "Payment Receipt", you have to pay the following penalty stipulated by our company. At a later date, the penalty will be refunded if you can present your "Traffic Violation Notice" and "Payment Receipt" ● Penalty ¥ 30,000 (tax included) * We will notify the police if you do not complete your violation process or payments, and you will be refused a rent-a-car service in the future. ● If you travel with your pet, please make sure to declare it in advance. The price will be increased by 20% of the listing fee. If you fail to declare, we will charge 50% of a rental fee as a cleaning fee.
