This is an experience of sharpening and attaching a handle to a Japanese knife. For those who do not know how to sharpen a knife or are interested in the sharpness of Japanese knives, we will teach you how to sharpen it simply and accurately. In addition to sharpening, you will also be able to attach a handle at the end, so you can take home a sharp knife that is one of a kind in the world. We hope that you will not only learn about the charm of traditional Japanese knives, but also experience it for yourself. ~Experience flow~10:00 Notes/Explanation We will explain the precautions to take before the experience and the history of Japanese knives. 10:30 Sharpening experience You will experience sharpening. First, you will use a practice knife, and then you will actually sharpen the knife you purchased. 11:10 Handle attachment experience Attach a handle to the sharpened knife. Heat the core, fit the handle into it, and hit it with a wooden mallet to insert the handle. 11:40 Packaging The knife with the handle attached is packaged and handed over to the customer, and the experience is over.
