Important Information

・Cancellation (refund) is not possible after purchasing tickets. ・Refunds will not be made except in the case of cancellation or mid-way cancellation. ・A fee will be charged for children aged 4 and over. Children under 4 years old may watch for free, up to one child per parent, provided they sit on the parent's lap. However, if you would like to reserve a seat for your child in a reserved seat, an admission ticket will be required even if the child is under 4 years old. ・If you are coming by taxi, please get off at the entrance gate and show your admission ticket before entering. ・If you are coming by shuttle bus, we will check your admission ticket before you get off the bus when passing through the entrance gate. Parking ・If you plan to come by car, you will need a parking ticket, so please purchase the add-on option (not offered for standard seating tickets). ・If you purchase a standard seat, you will not be able to come by car. Please come by shuttle bus, etc. ・We do not plan to sell parking tickets on the day. If you are coming by car, please make sure to purchase a parking ticket in advance before coming. ・One parking ticket is required for each car. ・Two parking tickets are required for vehicles over 6m in length, such as minibuses. ・Parking tickets are also required for those coming by motorcycle or road bike (bicycle). ・Customers who purchase "Green Seats" must purchase a parking ticket (for Green Seats only) as an add-on option. ・You cannot enter the venue by purchasing only a parking ticket (you will not be allowed to enter or park within the parking lot). ・We will check your parking ticket and admission ticket (for the number of passengers) at the entrance gate on the day. ・On the day of the fireworks display, the parking lot can only be used from the opening time until one hour after the end of the display. It cannot be used at any other time. In case of extreme weather ・If there is a possibility of extreme weather, a decision will be made by noon (12:00) on the day and an announcement will be made on the official website. ・If a disaster warning is issued after 12:00, the event will be canceled. ・We plan to proceed even in case of rain, but if we determine that the temperature on the day may cause hypothermia, we may cancel the event. We may also cancel the event if we determine that it is difficult to launch the fireworks due to strong winds, lightning, or other circumstances. ・We ask for your understanding that we will make our decisions with the safety of our customers as our top priority. ・There will be no postponement in the event of bad weather. Visiting on the day ・Please check the precautions and FAQs on the official website before entering the event. ・After entering the fireworks viewing area, you are free to go back and forth to the parking area. However, please note that if you leave the entrance gate by car, you will not be able to re-enter. Please prepare anything you need for viewing in advance. ・Please do not park on the street. Enforcement will be strengthened on the day, and your vehicle may be towed away. ・The entrance gate is scheduled to open at 3:00 p.m. ・Pets will not be allowed inside the venue. *This does not include assistance dogs such as guide dogs and hearing dogs. ・Reserving large spaces within the Premium Area Seats, Green Seats, and Standard Seats area blocks is prohibited. The recommended area for each person is approximately 90 cm square. ・For seats other than VVIP and VIP seats (including VIP photographer seats), we will provide you with special cardboard chairs (assembly required). Chairs for viewing are provided for VVIP and VIP seats. ・Picnic sheets are allowed as long as they are within 90 cm square per person. ・Photography with camera phones, digital cameras, video cameras, etc. is permitted as long as it does not disturb other customers, but photography using tripods (including monopods), stepladders, and selfie sticks is not permitted. ・Please note that videos and photos of the venue, including the fireworks viewing area, may be made public. ・Customers who plan to visit in wheelchairs should contact The Zekkeihanabi Executive Committee at the address below before purchasing tickets. Please refrain from calling the venue, Fujiten Resort.) ・The use of open flames is prohibited in the viewing area. ・Flying wireless aircraft such as radio-controlled helicopters and drones above and around the venue is prohibited. ・Unauthorized "live streaming" is prohibited within the venue. ・Please refrain from bringing alcohol into the venue. Alcoholic beverages are scheduled to be sold on the day. Please refrain from bringing bottles. ・Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Please refrain from smoking while walking or littering within the park as this may lead to unexpected accidents. ・Dangerous behavior, nuisance behavior, or excessive drinking may result in inebriation or drunkenness, and may be refused entry or forced to leave at the discretion of the organizers. What to wear ・The daytime temperature is usually around 15℃ at this time of year, but drops to 0℃ to nearly 5℃ after dark. ・We recommend that you wear warm clothing and bring cold weather gear. ・The weather in the mountains is changeable, so please prepare rain gear in case of rain. Other notes ・Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers, such as shouting during the performance or using seats and viewing areas other than those purchased. ・Transportation and accommodation costs to the venue will be borne by the customer. ・The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue. ・Please keep your valuables in good care. ・The event content may be changed or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or unforeseen accidents, or due to the organizers' convenience. Even in the event of changes or cancellation due to the organizers' convenience, we will not compensate for any expenses associated with attending the event (transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc.) under any circumstances.
