Fried Chicken Class Japanese fried chicken is now very popular around the world. Serve with fresh vegetables, a small bowl of cooked kobachi, and soup! ■ Menu: fried chicken, rice, a small bowl of cooked kobachi (small side dish), soup, salad, dessert, and Japanese tea.
Pork Cutlet Class Pork cutlet made of carefully selected pork, battered and deep-fried to a crispy, savory perfection, served with starchy mushrooms. Healthy and well-balanced meal with fresh vegetables. ■ Menu: pork cutlet, rice, salad, a bowl of cooked kobachi (small side dish), soup, dessert, and Japanese tea.
Simmered Vegetables & Nikujaga Class We will make nikujaga using beef and colorful vegetables with sweet and savory flavors, a seasonal bowl of cooked kobachi (small side dish), and soup. ■ Menu: Simmered vegetables and nikujaga (meat and potato stew), rice, cooked kobachi, soup, dessert, and Japanese tea
