• Clothing/Belongings: ◆Basics: towel, swimsuit (unwanted underwear is OK), water shoes or sneakers that will not come off when swimming (since you will be walking on rocks, it is recommended that you wear sandals that do not expose your skin, rather than sports sandals. Insurance card (you will need this at the hospital if you get injured. You do not need to show it when you register for the tour.) ◆Useful items: sunscreen, shorts to wear over your wetsuit (optional), glasses band if you wear glasses, swimming goggles (we recommend bringing them as the river is very clear!)
