Please note. ◆ In case of typhoon or heavy rain Canyoning is a rainy day. It doesn't matter if it gets wet in the rain during canyoning. However, if there is a typhoon or guerrilla rainstorm, it may be canceled only if the water level exceeds our specified amount after checking the water level information. Due to sudden changes in the weather, we have decided to cancel on the morning of the day. In case of cancellation, we will contact you by phone or SMS from here to the mobile phone of the representative of the application. Please note that if you cancel the tour at your own discretion, the cancellation fee will be charged as specified.
• . Precautions: *Reception will be held at the meeting place on the day. Please be punctual when gathering. Please come with plenty of time. *There is a river near the base in Shiga, but it is on the grounds of the Matsubara Campground owned by another company, so please be careful not to use it without a reservation. *Elementary school students must be accompanied by a guardian. *In principle, children must be at least 1st grade and 110 cm tall, and be able to understand the guide's warnings and explanations and handle things on their own. *The maximum size of the wetsuits we provide is 120 cm chest circumference and 190 cm height. If you are taller than that, please contact us at the time of reservation. Life jackets can be changed in size, so you can use them. *Please come prepared to get soaked from head to toe. Please check your belongings such as swimsuits and towels and do not forget them. *It can get chilly when it rains, but we can lend you long-sleeved jackets (free of charge, of course) depending on the situation. If it is cold on the day, please let us know on site. *Please use the toilet before reception. *People who have been drinking alcohol cannot participate in the tour.

[Free transportation during the tour] We will provide free transportation between the meeting base and the canyoning start and finish points by our bus. Since we will not be using your car, you do not need to prepare plastic sheets or towels for the car, which is convenient.
