• . Activitty cancellation: ・If various warnings are issued due to bad weather, the BBQ venue may close for safety reasons. If the warning level remains, the venue will generally continue to operate, but may be canceled depending on the conditions on-site or on the roof. ・If the weather worsens after your visit or for facility safety management reasons, the venue may be suddenly closed. Please note that we will not refund any fees that have already been paid, including usage fees. ・If the venue is canceled, please change the date and use the venue. (In the event of cancellation, a deposit fee will be charged in advance and will be deducted from the next event.) If you cancel, a cancellation fee will be charged separately.
