Description

Enjoy making a cup with a constellation appearing on its surface. It is a modern adaptation of the traditional technique known as Hotarute, and when a light is placed inside, the light shines through and appears. Once the shape is created by hand-forming (making the board), the constellation is inserted and the piece is complete. Our staff will provide you with careful support. There is a coordinate template for the 12 constellations, so it is easy to determine the hole positions. Our staff will assist you with the other constellations. ■ Course Outline 1. Preparation and Explanation (10 minutes) 2. Hand-forming (30 minutes) 3. Drawing the constellation and drilling holes (20 minutes) 4.
