HARUKAS300 Observatory Heliport Tour[E-Ticket]

Important Information

• Valid only on selected date and time.
• The tour is 25 minutes long, from meet-up to dispersal. The actual time spent on the heliport will be about 10 minutes.
• Once the ticket is redeemed, no re-entry is allowed.
• Depending on weather conditions, it may be terminated without prior notice. In addition, if the registration order is full, you will not be able to visit. In this case, please contact us for ticket conditions. (Harukas 300 cannot be refunded).
• For safety reasons, you are forbidden from entering areas of the heliport that are outside the scope of the tour.
• When you register for the tour, you will be asked to sign and submit a consent form that states you will adhere to the rules of the tour.
• The tour may be canceled without warning due to factors like weather, etc.
• For safety reasons, you will not be allowed to bring certain belongings with you on the tour. (These belongings can be stored in the lockers.)
• Stairs are the only way to get to the heliport. People who are unable to climb stairs on their own cannot participate in this tour. Children three years old and younger are also not allowed to participate in this tour.
• The staff will arrange the visits in sequence. If the session is full, it will be arranged to visit the next time slot. Please understand.
• We reserve the right to prevent you from participating in the tour if we believe you pose any sort of risk.
