Tickets can only be exchanged during Snow Park operating hours (9:30-16:00).
Tickets are valid only on that day, not for multiple days.
The ticket is valid only on the specified date.
For same day booking, order needs to be made before 14:00.
Closed every Wednesday after January 8, 2025.
Stadium mini tour lasts about 30 minutes.
Each ticket can only be exchanged once per day. Lost tickets cannot be reissued.
Tickets cannot be purchased directly at the ticket counter on that day.
Sales may be suspended or canceled due to weather or other unforeseen factors, and refunds may be issued. Thank you for understanding.
Stadium mini tours may not be held on some days. In such cases, 2 additional Tower Eleven baseball tickets will be provided.
