Using tickets: your e-ticket voucher requires an internet connection to use, and should only be redeemed by staff (click here for how to use) Conditions of Use:

• The validity period is until March 30, 2025 (Sun).
• Preschool children are admitted free (must be accompanied by a guardian; up to 2 preschool children per guardian).
• Entry restrictions may apply during peak times.
• Visitors with a disability certificate must pay for their admission, but one accompanying person is admitted free.
• Even for preschool children (and their guardians) or visitors with a disability certificate (including one accompanying person), priority entry is not available. Please queue during crowded times.

Notes:

• The gift shop can only be accessed during your designated viewing time, and cannot be entered without a ticket. During busy periods, shopping time may be limited.
• Photography and video recording are permitted, but please refrain from using tripods, selfie sticks, or flash. The organizers are not responsible for any incidents related to photography or media usage.
• Do not touch the screens or exhibits in the video areas.
• Eating, drinking, smoking, making phone calls, or running is prohibited inside the venue.
• Staff may address visitors to maintain a pleasant viewing environment.
