In such cases, we will contact you in advance. *Please refrain from participating if you are pregnant or may be pregnant. *For safety reasons, those who have consumed alcohol or are hungover on the day of the tour cannot participate. In addition, drinking is not permitted while on the boat. *Children must be accompanied by a guardian. *If a child is on board, the boat may rock, so please apply at the discretion of the guardian. *Depending on the ocean conditions, we may refuse participation of children and those over 65 years old. *There are only toilets at the meeting place, and no changing rooms or showers. If you would like to use a shower after the experience, there is a changing room and shower room (paid) at our affiliated facility a little distance away, so please contact the local staff. *Large luggage can be left in the rental car or in the shop's car if you contact us in advance. *The motion sickness medicine provided on the tour is the non-prescription drug "Travelmin Support". Please take it at your own discretion. Children (5-14 years old) should be supervised by a guardian when taking this medicine. It should not be used by children under 4 years old. *If either whale watching or parasailing cannot be done due to sea conditions, etc., we will refund the amount for the activities that could not be held. *Whale watching only *The encounter rate is 99%, but since they are wild animals, we cannot guarantee a 100% encounter. *If you are unable to see a whale, we will give you a re-challenge ticket. However, if even one of the customers discovers a blow (squirt), you will not be eligible. *After departure, all crew members will do their best to search for whales and make an effort to allow you to see plenty of whales, but after whale discovery and watching, due to the physical condition of the customers on board and changes in sea conditions, we may return to port earlier for the health and safety management of all customers. *Parasailing only *Parasailing may be canceled the day before or during the gathering on the day, at the reception on site, or even after departure due to changes in weather and sea conditions. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged, but please note that we cannot guarantee transportation costs, etc., even if you cancel during or after the meeting point. *For safety reasons, staff will decide on the number of people allowed on parasailing, depending on the wave and wind conditions on the day, and on weight. Whenever possible, we will coordinate flights between guests from the same group, but please note that in some cases you may be asked to ride with staff or other guests. *Please bring only the bare minimum of luggage onto the boat.
