  • Clothing/Belongings: ■Items you'll definitely need・Swimsuit (you can use spare underwear instead)・Towel (to dry off if you get wet)・Insurance card (you'll need this just in case; a copy is acceptable)・Clothes you don't mind getting wet (Wetsuits are sleeveless, one-piece top and bottom suits that expose the shoulders. They are made of rubber, so if you have sensitive skin or are concerned about sunburn, please bring a rash guard or a synthetic fiber T-shirt.)・Shoes you don't mind getting wet or rental shoes for 400 yen per pair (shoes with closed toes and heels are OK; shoes that slip off easily and sandals that expose your toes are not allowed)■Items you might want to have・Water shoes (22cm-29cm, available for rental on site for an additional 400 yen)・Glasses bands (only for those who wear glasses; available for purchase on site for 500 yen)・Goggles (only for those who wear contact lenses; available for purchase on site for 500 yen)・Sunscreen・Hair ties
  • Rental goods: The local manager will provide appropriate clothing depending on the conditions on the day. For rafting, you will wear a wetsuit (a sleeveless top and bottom jumpsuit). When it gets cold, you will wear a bolero (a cold weather jacket made from wetsuit material) or a paddling jacket (a windproof jacket made from nylon fabric) over your wetsuit. From mid-July to mid-September, on the other hand, as a measure against the heat (heatstroke), you can participate without wearing a wetsuit, wearing your favorite easy-to-move-in, quick-drying synthetic fiber clothing (rash guard, board shorts, leggings) that you don't mind getting wet. If you don't have synthetic fiber clothing, we will provide you with a standard wetsuit. Please let us know on the day.
