My Sake World is an interactive facility where you can create your very own original sake!
The highlight of this experience is that you can assemble your own unique blended sake firsthand. We use 12 carefully selected sake brands from across Japan, with a focus on Kyoto. Through tasting, you will explore flavors and aromas to craft your unique blend.

Description
Feature 1: Learn the History and Culture of Sake Our staff will introduce you to the history, culture, and characteristics of Japanese sake. Even beginners can enjoy and deepen their understanding through this session, discovering the charm of sake beyond just its taste.
Feature 2: Taste and Compare 12 Types of Sake Armed with a menu book, you’ll sample 12 carefully selected types of sake, each with its own unique flavor profile. Compare their aromas, tastes, and textures as you find your favorites and prepare for the blending experience.
Feature 3: Create Your Own Sake Blend Once you’ve identified your favorites, it’s time to blend. Select one sake as your primary base and two more as secondary components. Adjust the ratios, taste-test your mix, and jot down your original recipe. You can try up to two test blends, so take your time to explore and enjoy the process.
