Important Information

• Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Children between the ages of 16 and 18 years old require a written consent from a parent or guardian.
• Please contact us in advance if you need a consent form.
• We will call the person indicated on the consent form on the day of the tour.

Age for drivers

• 12 years old and up; under 12 years old must ride with a parent or guardian (basic fee + 2,000 JPY)

Free shuttle bus service between New Chitose Airport and our stores.

• Free shuttle bus service is available between New Chitose Airport and the store. (09:00–16:00)
• Please contact the store upon arrival at the airport.
• We will pick you up after you call us (about 7 to 8 minutes).
• Please wait at the No. 30 bus stop.
• Please let us know at the time you make a reservation.

Cautions

• During the winter season, the experience is not possible if there is not enough snow on the ground.
• Even if you have a reservation, we may have decline your request based on the amount of snowfall.
• If we determine that the tour cannot be held due to the amount of snowfall, we will contact you. If we cannot reach you by phone, we will contact you again on the day of the tour.
• In the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for expenses such as transportation to the site.
