- The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours.
- Please present your e-ticket at the Santa Maria boarding location (at Kaiyukan Entrance) on the day of participation.
- Each adult can bring one preschool child for free.
- Additional preschool children beyond the number of adults should purchase the children's ticket price.
- The cruise departs every hour for approximately 45 minutes.
- Refunds are not available even if tickets have not been exchanged.
- In the event of suspension of service (cancellation) due to weather or sea conditions for safety reasons, no refunds will be given.
- Please note that passengers are not allowed to board the ship with any pets or food.
- Please note that there might be days in which substitute ships are in operation, subject to circumstances and events.
- Please note that the sea-faring sight-seeing ship Santa Maria will also cease operation on the closure dates of the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan.
