Important Information

• Prices are for advance reservations. Please note that rates are subject to change on the day of the tour.
• All of these tickets are one-hour tickets (one hour including entry and exit), so even if you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your stay for that amount of time.
• Samoyed Cafe Moffu Harajuku has a complete changeover system. There is no waiting area, and you must line up outside to enter. You may leave the café 5 minutes before the end of your visit.
• Please read the terms and conditions carefully before enjoying the restaurant.
• Please understand that due to the circumstances of Samoyed dogs, there may be times when we are not in the store, or when the number of dogs is small.
• There is no age limit, but we do not allow children under junior high school age to enter the restaurant alone (*Groups with children under 6 years old must use the private room plan).
• Photography and video recording are allowed, but please refrain from using flash photography as it is highly irritating to the eyes of Samoyeds.
• We ask that you refrain from forcibly lifting or carrying the child. However, we do have an option called “carrying photography,” in which a cast member will give you a lecture on how to take a picture with a woman in a carrying position.
• As a rule, no food, drink, or toys are allowed. Our Samoyeds are currently undergoing training, so we ask for your cooperation in not allowing them to play with toys other than those in the store.
• Please be careful with your clothing, as dogs may play with it and tear it if it is flimsy.
• Dogs may approach vigorously. We are not responsible for any injuries or damage to your property.
