Enjoy the submerged forests, waterfalls, and natural formations on a SUP as much as you want while traveling upstream through the Okura River valley! For beginners, our instructors will carefully teach you the basics, such as where to stand on the board and how to hold the paddle, so you can participate with peace of mind. ・Retreat in the Sakunami-Sadayoshi area, where you can relax and forget about the passage of time! From "retreat" meaning "hideaway" or "resting place" to "retreatment" meaning "recovery", this is a way to forget about everyday life and refresh your mind and body.
