From learning to prepare wasabi to making sushi with your own hands, you’ll gain insight into the craftsmanship and traditions that make sushi so special. Plus, you'll get to taste your own creation!
What to expect
First Half (45–60 minutes): • Wasabi rubbing (Japanese horseradish) • Sushi-making with prepared ingredients • Handle about six different types of sushi toppings (neta)
Second Half (45–60 minutes) • Eat the sushi you made yourself • Enjoy a short omakase course by the chef, including appetizers, nigiri, tamagoyaki, and miso soup
