Description
SHINJUKU NINJA -LIVE- SHOW is a non-verbal stage performance that masterfully blends iconic elements of traditional Japanese culture—ninjas, kabuki, and wadaiko drums—into a captivating experience aimed at sharing the essence of Japan with the world.
The show fuses the timeless spirituality of ninjas, whose traditions date back to the Middle Ages, with the dynamic energy of kabuki theater, born in the Edo period. Adding to this rich tapestry are the enchanting elegance of courtesan performances and the commanding power of wadaiko drumming.
Under the artistic direction of Denjiro Tanaka, a renowned kabuki musician celebrated for his work on international stages, including the Japan Ninja Council and the Tokyo 2020 Olympics opening ceremony, the production seamlessly weaves traditional Japanese aesthetics with state-of-the-art nightclub technology. This innovative collaboration creates a mesmerizing world that immerses audiences in a unique and unforgettable cultural experience, offering new emotions and perspectives that transcend time and tradition.
