Description
This 60m long slide goes from the 3rd floor of Tsutenkaku's middle observation deck (22m above ground) to the 1st basement floor (-4.5m above ground) in about 10 seconds (slope of about 30 degrees). The top entrance is a seismic isolation slide with a spring-out structure that can be used safely even in the event of an earthquake or other disaster, thanks to the support pillars placed above and below. The slope is a tube shape that does not pose a risk of jumping out, and the weather-resistant stainless steel tube ceiling is made of a transparent heat-shielding polycarbonate plate, allowing you to slide down while looking up at Tsutenkaku.
