In this case, no refunds will be given • Pets, flash photography, and any form of recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue • Please arrive at the location 10 mins before the departure time; latecomers or no-shows can’t be refunded
Please follow etiquette at the sumo tournament: • Remove your shoes before entering your seating • Stay within your designated seating and do not enter adjacent seats • Behaviors that may disrupt the tournament or disturb other spectators are prohibited: using smartphones, moving around, or standing up during the event • Cheering with large banners or musical instruments like trumpets, drums, flutes, or hardware is not allowed • Use cheering items that fit within the width of your seating • Each cheering banner or message board must be held by one person: items brought by two or more people are considered prohibited • The content of small flags, banners, and message boards should be limited to cheering for sumo and sumo wrestlers • Any other cheering goods that interfere with the progress of the sumo competition, facility management, or cause a nuisance to other spectators are prohibited
