Meet friendly Japanese locals in Tokyo and foreigners living in Japan, exchange cultural insights, and learn useful Japanese phrases to enhance your trip.
During the event, you'll rotate between small groups, giving you the chance to chat with 4–5 different people each time you change seats. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, this is a great way to practice your Japanese or English in a supportive and welcoming environment. Many participants even form groups and go out for drinks after the event, making it a memorable and social experience.
No need to worry about mastering the language — this event is all about having fun, learning a little, and making new friends!

About This Event (Language Exchange): • After check-in at the reception, and buying a drink at the bar, people can start participating in the event • We prepare seats and topic cards for each person, for your smooth conversation • Staff will organize attendees into small groups (3–4 people per group) mixing Japanese with non-Japanese • Seats are rotated to ensure everyone gets a chance to interact • Scheduled conversations alternate between English and Japanese
It doesn’t matter if you’re not fluent in Japanese or English—just bring your enthusiasm!
