• Clothing/Belongings: ・Change of clothes (including underwear) ・Clothes that you don't mind getting wet ・Shoes that you don't mind getting wet or sandals with fixed heels (Crocs and beach sandals are not allowed. Rental shoes are available for sizes 23cm and above. 300 yen per pair) ・Towel ・Bag to put wet clothes in ・Glasses band for those who wear glasses
• Rental goods: <Spring/Autumn> You will need to wear dry suits (but not when the temperature is high to prevent heatstroke). Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet (materials that dry easily, such as jerseys or fleece, are recommended. Please avoid jeans and other clothing that does not dry easily when wet. <Summer> Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet (wearing only a swimsuit that is very revealing may increase the risk of insect bites and sunburn, so it is a good idea to wear a rash guard over it). Life jackets and helmets will be provided in all seasons. You will need to change into clothes in the simple tents provided by us.
