• Clothing/Belongings: What to bring • Appropriate clothing for participation Easy-to-move-in clothes that you don't mind getting wet. Cotton will cool your body when wet, so materials that dry quickly are recommended (fleece, thermals, rash guards, swimsuits, etc.). Jeans are also not suitable as they become heavy when wet and hinder movement. *Spring/Autumn: Fleece, tracksuit, etc. Wear a dry suit over this. *Summer: T-shirt, shorts, etc. Wear a spray jacket over this, or a life jacket. •One change of clothes (including underwear) •Hat •Towel •Glasses straps for those who wear glasses (they are sold at the HOA for 100 yen)
