Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. *For same-day reservations, please use online booking in principle. If you are unable to book online, please contact us by phone (090-7360-3897). *Please wear your swimsuit beforehand. *If you arrive at the parking lot before the meeting time, you will not be able to park in the car of another customer. Also, since the tour is in progress, we cannot move the time forward even if you arrive early. We will call you the day before to confirm the meeting time and place, so please be punctual. *The start time of the sea turtle snorkeling tour may be changed if ocean conditions or weather make it difficult to conduct the tour. We do not accept requests for changes to the start or end time based on customer convenience. Please book after agreeing to the scheduled time. However, for private tours limited to one group at our shop, it is possible to discuss the time.

• Clothing/Belongings: Please bring a towel, swimsuit (please wear it when you come), water, beach sandals, a change of clothes, and motion sickness medication. *Notes on sunscreen* Do not apply sunscreen to any part of your body other than your face, as it may get on your wetsuit. If this is discovered, a cleaning fee of ¥3,000 will be charged. The ingredients in sunscreen and cosmetics can be toxic to marine life. We recommend wearing a rash guard or leggings, or our shop recommends using ocean-friendly sunscreen.
