If you arrive late, your tour will be canceled due to your own circumstances, even if you contact us by phone to inform us that you will be late.

If you do not check in at the meeting place by the meeting time (15 minutes before the tour starts), your reservation will be canceled due to your own circumstances and you will not be able to participate in the tour.
