• . Activitty cancellation: If it is confirmed that you will not be able to go due to the strait forecast up to the evening of the previous day, we will contact you using the message function. At that time, if you wish to participate using different points, we will refund the difference in price from the regular course. If you do not contact us by 22:00 the day before, we will assume that you have agreed to participate in a different course, and cancellations on the day will be subject to a cancellation fee. If we are unable to guide you to the Blue Cave on the day of the trip due to a sudden problem in the strait, even though it was possible according to the forecast the day before, we will accept free cancellation even on the same day.
